• Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment.

• If there is a shipping delay, customers will be notified via email.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been handed over for shipping.

SECTION 5 - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Refunds are NOT offered. We only allow exchanges under specific conditions.

• Customers must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.

• The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.

• Certain items, such as handmade straw products, sale items, and gift cards, are non-exchangeable.

• Customers must pay return shipping costs and the flat $10 fee for the replacement shipment.

• If the item arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must provide photos to request an exchange.
