Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • It must not be cracked, broken, or otherwise compromised.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To start an exchange, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at lesya@ukrainianegg.store, describing the issue and attaching clear photographs of the item’s condition.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the new shipping fee for the exchanged item must also be covered by you.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at lesya@ukrainianegg.store with photographic evidence of the damage.

Since we personally inspect all items before shipping, we do not accept claims for damages caused after delivery. If the package was damaged during transit, we will communicate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Handmade straw products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have any concerns about your specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, you must ship the original item back at your own expense. Once we receive and verify the item is in its original condition, we will process the exchange.

A flat fee of $10 will be charged to cover the shipping cost of the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection laws.

However, the item must still meet our eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, in original packaging), and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
