ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

If there is a delay in shipping beyond this timeframe, customers will be notified via email.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination:

Domestic (U.S.): up to 7 work days, depending on the carrier

International: up to 20 work days, depending on the carrier

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Email us at lesya@ukrainianegg.store within 5 days of receiving the package.

3. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in tracking it down. However, once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or loss.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which are beyond our control. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

RETURN SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges under specific conditions.

Customers must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a flat $10 reshipment fee for replacement items.

The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging for an exchange to be approved.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

We do not refund orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
